I highly recommend The Diet Solution Program (TDSP) to everyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle. TDSP is so easy to follow and extremely helpful. I have been following TDSP the best that I can (I am a very picky eater) since around mid October 2010 and I have lost 25 lbs so far. As soon as I started it the weight began falling off which really got me motivated to keep it up. I actually stopped eating 5 times a day and stopped losing weight…eating the right types of foods does boost your metabolism and you have to learn to eat approx 5 times a day which is hard to do at first as we are so used to eating 3 square meals. And remember…this is NOT a diet it is a life changer!
